I acknowledge that Muki Venture Pty Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur during participation in hiking activities, including, but not limited to, transport to and from the activity location. I hereby consent to the use of photos and video recordings taken during the hike, granting Muki Venture Pty Ltd. the right to use such media, free of charge, at their discretion for marketing and communication purposes.
