1. All cancellations are subject to a one-day cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of an experience will not incur any penalty.
2. If you cancel your experience less than 24 hours before it begins, or if you change the date and time more than once, we are unable to offer a refund.
3. This experience’s cut-off time is based on its local time. If the minimum number of travelers isn't met by this deadline, you'll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
4. Different cancellation policies may apply to different tours or activities. Be sure to check which one applies before confirming your booking.
5. A detailed explanation of our cancellation policy can be found in the Cancellation Policy section of every experience listing.
6. Declining to attend an experience does not automatically result in a refund. Cancellations must be made 24 hours* prior to the start time, otherwise you will forfeit your payment for that experience.
7. The experience's start time will be considered as the moment at which changes made to your reservation are reflected in our records. Any modifications less than 24 hours* before this point can no longer be accepted, and you will not receive a refund for doing so.
8. If you cancel or ask for an amendment within 4 days* of the experience's start time, no refund will be offered. Moderate For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days* before the experience's start time.
9. If you cancel 3-6 full days* before the experience’s start time, we will refund 50% of your purchase price.
10. If you cancel your experience less than 2 full days* before its scheduled start time, the amount of money you've paid will not be refunded.

When you book a tour through our website, note that we do not create it. We cooperate with local companies to sell their tours online, but these companies are in charge of creating the experiences themselves. Therefore you are contracting directly with the service provider by making this booking.

"MukiVenture TTvSa" are under no obligation to enforce contracts between travelers and tour guides. All responsibility for the accuracy of information contained in these agreements rests solely with our tour providers

PLEASE REVIEW THE LITIGATION CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, WHICH REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND SUBMIT THEM TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION.
