Participation in the hiking adventure carries risk for the participants. I fully understand and accept that all activities are undertaken at my own risk. I am aware that neither Muki Venture Pty Ltd. accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage that the person or property may sustain whilst engaged in any hiking activities, including inter alia transport to and from the activity. I agree and authorise that photos and video recordings taken during the hike may be used free of charge, and at the discretion of Muki Venture Pty Ltd. as part of their marketing & communication campaigns.
